Alex: *yawn* Okay, I'm gonna be doing a 2 hour cardio dancing workout.
I'm going to be dancing to some electronic dance beats from the movie Madagascar.
This video is for ages 18 and up, young adults and older.
You know, like they say, "Party like you're watching Madagascar!"
I'm not going to be telling a story in this video, I'm just recording myself alone in the dance room of the Retro Fitness gym.
Every dance move I do will be listed below.
I'll also mention if my belly or backside is facing the camera and if it's my upper or lower body.
My arms are also my paws since I'm a lion.
My feet are also my paws paws since they're the same as my hands.
My claws will be showing but I won't be using them because I'm in a gym.
My tail will be swishing a lot during this workout.
Oh, and my mane will just stay as is throughout this entire video.
