I was drugged.

Drugged, kidnapped, and imprisoned in a cell with no windows.

My head was pounding, my mouth dry.

I groaned as I tried to remember what happened.

I’d gone to bed early, feeling tired after a long day of training.

Then…nothing.

I must have been drugged.

I sat up, rubbing my temples.

When I opened my eyes, I saw that I was in a cell made entirely of metal.

The only light came from a small hallway through a thin slit at the top of one of the walls.

I was sitting on the only piece of furniture in the cell—a small bench.

I stood and walked over to the slit in the wall.

It was too high for me to see anything through it.

I jumped, trying to get a glimpse, but it was too far.

Sighing, I went back over to the bench and sat down.

I was still wearing my pajamas that I’d gone to bed in—black yoga pants and a white tank top.

My hair was still tied up in a ponytail, but it had come loose and now hung down to my waist in a tangled mess of silver.

I ran my fingers through it, trying to untangle it.

As I did so, I noticed something on my arm.

A small tattoo of an A on my bicep.

Gasping, I jumped up and over to the mirror that was bolted to one of the walls.
