He understands, picking up speed until we're racing between the trees.
The wind whips through our hair, and with each thundering step, we bounce higher.
"This is amazing!" Deema shouts over the rush of the wind.
"Do you think he knows where he's taking us?" I ask, glancing back at her.
"Maybe he's leading us to something important," Deema replies, her eyes wide with wonder.
