I looked at the woman who fell asleep once again and I didn't know what I should do next.
I am an apprentice pharmacist in the immortal realm.
After much thought, I decided to first go down and take what I needed to refine the pill as I can't leave it for too long.
When I came back up, I saw that the woman had already woken up again.
The immortal realm is where those powerful cultivators live and where mortals can only dream of entering.

After they finished talking, Senior Feng Xiao walked back into his room so I quickly closed the door and continued eavesdropping on their conversation but I didn't hear anything else so I quickly went back to refining my pills.
I saw some herbs that I needed so I squatted down and began picking them.

I picked some herbs and placed them into my herb bag then continued walking deeper into the woods.

"But I want to know," I asked again.

"Since you want to know so much, I won't tell you then," Master Feng Xiao said as he leaned against the table and laughed.
I pouted angrily but he ignored it completely anyway so I quickly asked again, "What if there are people who don't want to come back to life?"
After walking further, I found some other herbs that I needed so I squatted down again and began picking them.
Suddenly I felt a strong spiritual energy fluctuation coming from behind me.
I was surprised that there would be such a strong spiritual energy fluctuation here in the mortal realm so I quickly got up and turned around but there was nothing there.
I stood there wondering if it was just my imagination when suddenly a bright light flashed in front of me and something fell down from above.
Chapter 2: A Mysterious Woman
A figure appeared about 10 meters away from me, lying on top of the herbs I had just picked up earlier, making it hard for me to see who it was because she was covered in herbs and dirt which made her look like a big pile of mess.
A straw hat covered her face so I couldn't see what she looked like but I could tell that she was a woman by looking at her long hair which was scattered on top of her head.
She was dressed in a white robe which seemed like it had seen better days, some parts of her robe were torn and her body was full of dust and dirt but she didn’t seem to be injured at all which relieved me a bit because I wouldn't know what to do if she’s injured and I have no one to ask for help right now since there are no human inhabitants for miles around here.
What is she doing in this remote place?How can such a strong spiritual energy fluctuation come from her?
Was it because of her?
She should be the source of the energy wave!
I immediately walked over to her and squatted down.
She seemed fine so I reached out and tried to shake her shoulder but she didn't move at all.
She's unconscious!
I quickly checked her pulse and found out that she's still alive but she seemed to be in a deep sleep.
I have no idea how long she has been sleeping or when she will wake up so I decided to bring her back home first.
She seemed fine so I gently carried her over my shoulder and walked back home.

I quickly took a piece of wet cloth and wiped the sweat off of her.
At this moment, she suddenly opened her eyes!
I was so surprised by the sudden situation that I quickly drew back my hand and looked at the woman who just opened her eyes in shock.
The woman raised her hand and took off the straw hat on top of her head, revealing a pair of clear and bright eyes but she didn't say anything.
She just stared blankly at me, looking like she was in a shock too.
I looked at her for a few seconds before saying, "You're awake."
The woman nodded slowly then suddenly looked away from me.
I could see a trace of bitterness in her eyes but then it disappeared within a second.
She closed her eyes and leaned back against the wall then fell asleep again.
This time, I could hear that she's breathing but very lightly.
It sounded like she had run out of breaths but she's still alive.
