Scenario: man can travel through PC games, and fall to Diablo 2
Create my version of this story
I was your typical average Joe who had nothing going for him.
I was a 22-year-old male undergraduate studying in one of the most prestigious universities in the country, but I had zero interest in my major.
The only thing I ever wanted to do was play computer games, and I spent all my free time doing so.
I had no girlfriend, and my interactions with women were severely limited.
The only friends I had were my roommates, but they were all engrossed in their relationships, so I rarely saw them.
In short, I was as boring as a blank sheet of paper.
However, that all changed when I stumbled upon a mysterious device.
It was shaped like a game controller and looked exactly like the one for a PS4.
I didn’t know what it was at first, but after I picked it up, I discovered that it allowed me to enter the virtual world of the games that I played on the computer.
At first, I was extremely cautious about using it.
It seemed so fake and ridiculous that I didn’t dare to believe in its existence.
However, after entering several games in succession and finding out that the device could indeed transport me to the virtual worlds of the games I was playing, I couldn’t contain my excitement any longer.
I danced for joy.
This was absolutely amazing!
Truth be told, I had always been curious about what the world inside a computer looked like.
If this mysterious device allowed me to enter different games at will, why wouldn’t I want to give it a try?
The first game that came to mind was Minecraft.
In all honesty, I wasn’t particularly fond of this game, but I thought that the world inside of Minecraft would be more suitable for exploration than most other games.
After selecting Minecraft from the desktop, I pushed the enter key.
Without any warning, I suddenly found myself standing on a beach.
The sun was setting on the horizon, casting its golden rays on the surface of the sea and creating a beautiful scene that was unique to this particular world.
Is this really happening?
I couldn’t believe my eyes.
Could I really visit any game in the world as long as it was installed on my computer?
I walked along the beach for a while before deciding to return to reality.
I was afraid that I would be trapped or that something terrible would happen to me if I stayed any longer.
After selecting the return option on my computer screen, a prompt appeared on my monitor: “Do you really want to quit?”
Without giving it a second thought, I clicked on “yes”!
Those who played games would know what would happen next: The game would be terminated immediately and return them to their desktops!
But nothing happened!
I was still standing on the beach.
I was immediately taken aback.
Did the game hang?
I wondered if I should restart the computer.
Suddenly, the prompt appeared on the screen again.
After reading all this, I understood!
The reason why I hadn’t returned to the desktop was because I hadn’t disconnected the device from the computer!
I clicked on “yes,” and a white light enveloped me.
When it disappeared, I found myself standing in my room.
After looking at the clock on the wall, I realized that it was already 2:30 A.M.
I shook my head and sighed.
Even though it was already so late, I couldn’t help but be filled with a sense of wonder and excitement.
I couldn’t wait to explore more games and experience life in the virtual world!
The next game on my list was none other than Minecraft.
Without hesitating, I selected the game and pressed enter!
This time, I appeared in a dense forest!
It was a world with blocky graphics.
The trees were made up of small cubic squares, and the grass was made up of little green blocks.
Although the game didn’t have top-notch graphics like those of other games, it had its own unique charm.
I walked forward and entered a wide open area.
I was greeted by a breathtaking view.
In front of me was a magnificent castle made up of countless small blocks!
I later found out that it was known as “the best sand table game!”
The castle was built by players from all over the world, and they had used countless blocks to create it.
It was absolutely massive and far surpassed my wildest imagination!
Game players could do whatever they wanted inside the game.
They could mine for resources, build villages, farm lands, and even fight monsters.
There were no rules to follow, and no one would nag them about anything.
This was one of the reasons why Minecraft was so popular among young people.
After admiring the castle for a while, I decided to find an open space to build a house.
I had nothing to do and no one to disturb me, so I spent several hours building a massive castle with red brick walls and black glass windows.
After completing my castle, I left it and continued walking forward.
The vast map was filled with mountains, forests, rivers, and valleys.
I couldn’t help but admire how beautiful, simple, and imaginative it was!
Suddenly, a thought came to my mind: If I could bring a few pigs, cows, and sheep back from this place, would they be able to keep me company in reality?
Thinking about this, I couldn’t help but smile wryly at myself.
I was not a child anymore.
When it comes to games, I liked to experience them as they were, instead of getting too immersed in them or making up childish fantasies.
After walking around for a while, I disconnected from the game and entered World of Warcraft instead.
World of Warcraft was a 3D online game that was released by Blizzard Entertainment.
It had a vast world, a rich storyline, a variety of races, and numerous types of monsters.
The game had been developed for many years, and it was known as one of the greatest MMORPGs of all time.
I had always wanted to play this game to see what it was like in reality.
It was said that the game had an excellent storyline, a variety of monsters, and realistic fighting scenes.
However, the moment I entered the game, I found myself in a dark and terrifying forest.
This didn’t feel like World of Warcraft at all!
The forest was very dense, and the shadows of the trees were stretched out on the ground.
It was so dark that it sent chills down my spine.
This place is so creepy!”
I mumbled to myself.
The colors of the game were very dull and depressing, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
The last two games that I had entered were both bright and lively, which made me feel warm and comfortable.
However, this game gave me a sense of unease, as if something terrible was going to happen soon.
Just as I was wondering what was going on, the forest suddenly went dark.
A few bats flew out of the trees and made high-pitched screeches, which sounded like the wails of ghosts in the distance.
In an instant, a dark cloud slowly descended from the sky and enveloped the entire forest.
Deep laughter filled the air, and a chilling voice echoed in my ears: “Welcome to the Sanctuary!”
The voice sounded like it came from a young woman, but it was filled with despair and darkness.
It felt like it was coming from a ghost in the underworld!
At this moment, I suddenly heard a rustling sound coming from the bushes behind me.
I turned around and saw a group of short figures rushing over from the bushes!
The figures were very short and looked like humans, but they were covered in gray fur, with sharp claws on their hands and feet.
Their mouths were full of sharp teeth, and their eyes were red!
What are those things?”
I was stunned when I saw them.
They are monsters!”
I immediately pulled out the Long Sword that I had just bought and took a fighting stance.
I was not afraid at all.
I had fought countless monsters in games before, so I knew how to defeat them!
The short monsters were about two meters tall, but they were no match for me when it comes to strength and speed.
I slashed the sword at one of the monsters and cut off its head with one strike!
Two more short monsters rushed towards me from the bushes.
I raised my sword to block their attack and kicked one of them away!
After defeating the monsters, I looked down at my sword and saw that it was covered in blood and fur.
I couldn’t help but feel excited.
Fighting monsters in reality was much more exciting than playing games on a computer!
I put away my sword and turned around, only to see dozens of short monsters rushing towards me from all directions!
The monsters looked very aggressive and bloodthirsty, as if they were going to eat me alive!
I immediately ran out of the forest and entered a vast wasteland.
There was a small village not far away, and there were many human figures moving around in it!
I’m saved!”
Just when I was about to run to the village, I suddenly realized that I needed to manage my inventory first!
I quickly opened my backpack to check my items and found that I had killed three short monsters in the forest.
The three monsters dropped a total of four gold coins and two health potions, which I placed in my backpack!
After organizing my items, I ran towards the village and discovered that there were many grotesque demons on both sides of the road!
